Degas before a batch
We degas at the start of a shift, then run the batch. The controls are simple enough that the whole crew uses the same sequence.
Setup was uneventful
Tank dimensions, power and water supply were all as published, so nothing had to be corrected once it was on the floor.
The capacity is the point
We chose it on tank dimensions alone. A related set of parts fits in one load instead of being split across several, which is what we needed.
Adjustable power we actually use
The 0โ100 % control is set differently for light work and for the heavier parts. Having the range on the machine is why we bought this size.
Duty cycle fits our shifts
The published duty cycle matches a full working day, so it is scheduled into the routine rather than rationed between jobs.
